The BCA is supported by a collection of volunteer staffed committees.
This Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on budgeting and financial policy, and the investment of Association funds. It reviews monthly and annual financial reports, and recommends to the Board of Directors the selection of auditors. The committee prepares the annual budget for Board of Directors review and approval. All committee members are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
This Committee maintains familiarity with the general physical condition of the Common Areas, including the Community Center, entry areas, streets, sidewalks, landscape medians, fences, and cul-de-sacs. It reviews (annually) Requests for Proposal for buildings and grounds related contract services, such as landscape maintenance, clubhouse maintenance, pool service, etc. All committee members are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
The Communications Committee discusses and makes recommendations regarding any aspect of community communications matters. The committee plans and conducts an effective communications program to improve communication among members, committees, community management, and the Board of Directors. It's responsible for publishing a monthly newsletter, maintaining a web site for the Association, posting notices on community bulletin boards, and providing a current community membership directory. All committee members are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
This committee is the architectural and design review control for Bellasera. The Modifications Committee has exclusive jurisdiction over modifications, additions, and alterations made to lots, structures and landscaping on lots to insure compliance with the Design Guidelines. All committee members are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
